Rules and Regulations for Film Entry

~ Entry fee is nonrefundable.

~ DVDs and Videocassettes and will not be returned.

~ For preview purposes, DVD or VHS (NTSC preferred).

~ DVD's and VHS cassettes must be clearly labeled with film title and contact  
   information.

~ More than one entry may be submitted.  Each must be submitted separately.

~ Filmmaker will assume shipping costs of material and print to the Mexico 
   International Film Festival.

~ Titles produced in languages other than English or Spanish must have legible  
   English subtitles.

~ Entrants must assume all responsibility for clearing films and videotapes through
   U.S. and foreign customs officials.

~ Mexico International Film Festival reserves the right to make any necessary
   changes in regulations or festival scheduling.
